What to bring along- sheet and possibly a sleeping bag (this can also be rented on the spot)- day pack (back pack), flash light and water canteen - shorts and trousers, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirt and raincoat or poncho - cap for the sun, sunscreen and insect repellent - comfortable shoes or thongs On your arrival back in Luang Prabang you would probably want to hop under a warm shower after your jungle adventure. That's why we suggest adding an extra night stay in Luang Prabang to your itinerary. The following day you can fly back to Bangkok or travel through Vientiane and on to Pakse in Southern Laos.
